All tickets remain subject to the terms and conditions of the original issuing platform.
14. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use Link'd to access accounts without permission, circumvent ticketing restrictions, engage in unauthorised resale activity, abuse or overload third-party services, or violate applicable laws or third-party terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspected misuse.
15. Fees & Refunds
Where paid features are offered, fees are charged for access to the Link'd platform and its functionality. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Users are responsible for managing their credit usage. Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link'd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party ticket providers, not liable for losses arising from third-party service changes or outages, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
